From the moment you get inside a Kia, you’ll fall in love with the interior space, comforts and conveniences, and the many features that make these models enjoyable. Fortunately, Kia models come in various trim levels, allowing you to customize your vehicle according to your preferences.
Don’t waste any more time searching for a new Kia. Visit Mike Shaw Kia to learn more about the different trims available.
If you plan to purchase the Soul, Sorento, or Telluride SUVs, this is the first trim you’ll see. This entry-level trim doesn’t have a lot of fancy features and high-end materials. Still, the LX is well-equipped to meet your daily driving needs and provide you with a reliable ride. It comes with SynTex seat trim, LED headlights, a 12.3-inch touchscreen display with navigation, and other features. In the Telluride, it has a beefy 3.8-liter V-6 engine and a 5,000-pound towing capacity. This is an affordable model if you are on a budget.
Many Kia models have the S as the second trim. This means it’s still pretty basic but starts to add some elements of luxury and convenience that the LX doesn’t have. The S trim has a handy push-button start and keyless entry. Meanwhile, the Soul comes with 16-inch alloy wheels and a 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen with this trim. In addition, there are front USB charging ports and wireless charging capabilities. Moreover, you’ll appreciate the power driver’s seat and dual-zone climate control.
The Sorento S trim has a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 191 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque. The leather-wrapped steering wheel and gloss black interior accents add a nice touch. In addition, the S trim provides great safety features, including rear cross-traffic alert and blind spot detection.
Meanwhile, the Telluride S trim has 20-inch alloy wheels and heated front seats with eight-way power adjustments. You’ll also have wireless charging available to you with this trim.
Up next is the GT-Line, which, with the Kia Soul, is the third trim of the family. This trim has 18-inch alloy wheels, a gorgeous power sunroof, and GT-Line body styling. You can also upgrade and get a convenient designer package.
Also, the Kia K5 sedan has the GT-Line trim as its second trim. It includes 18-inch alloy wheels and many of the same features as the GT-Line of the Soul. Plus, you’ll love the dual-zone automatic climate control and a 10-way power driver’s seat with two-way power lumbar support.
The EX is the fourth trim for the Soul and the third trim for the Sorento and Telluride. The EX provides more luxury and additional features that the other trims lack. You’ll like the fact that the Kia Soul EX has a power sunroof, premium cloth seating, and heated front seats. The leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear-shift knob are attractive, and there are also heated side mirrors. Other features worth noting are the dual-level cargo board and cargo cover.
The Sorento EX trim has a panoramic sunroof and eight-way power adjustments in the driver’s seat. This is also a high-performing trim. The engine gives the vehicle power to tow up to 3,500 pounds. There are also gorgeous, durable 20-inch gloss black alloy wheels with a machined finish.
The Telluride EX offers all the features of the S trim in addition to other upgrades. You’ll appreciate the leather seats with ventilation, a power liftgate, a sunroof, and sound-absorbing front door window glass.
The X-Line EX is available on the 2024 Kia Sorento. It features 20-inch X-Line alloy wheels with a gloss black finish, high-utility roof rails, a panoramic sunroof, and open-pore wood grain dash trim. For off-road fun, this trim has all-wheel drive with a center-locking differential.
The Sorento and Telluride have the SX trim, which is well-known for its excellent safety features. These include highway driving assist, blind-spot monitoring, and a surround-view monitor. The SX gets 29 miles per gallon on the highway. You’ll also love the automatic rain-sensing windshield wipers, power-folding side mirrors, and ventilated front seats.
The new Sorento X-Line SX has some appealing features. It’s great for outdoor fun, thanks to the 8.2-inch ground clearance, lower-body cladding, and the torque-vectoring all-wheel drive with a center-locking differential.
