Located on North Padre Island, Island Joe’s has built out of a total of 10 shipping containers. The builders that had this genius idea are a father and son team, Bryan and Andrew Tumlinson, who are the owners of Island Joe’s. This trendy coffee shop also has a pet friendly patio so you can enjoy a hot cup of joe, iced coffee, or frozen treat with your furry friend by your side. Bryan and Andrew wanted to create a “really cool place for islanders and visitors to come in an enjoy a nice cup of coffee or pastry and relax in a family friendly environment.”
